What happens once my order has been placed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order reference, items ordered, the delivery address and amount paid. 

Can I change details on my order?

Please call customer service and we will be happy to help with any changes you require.

Do I need to buy anything else?

Fixings are supplied and will be delivered with the product. Details of tools required are advised within the installation guide.

My items arrived with parts missing or damaged – What should I do?

This very rarely happens, however if it does, please call customer services and we will arrange for these parts to be sent out to you ASAP.
